Terms & Conditions for all our Products and Services
1. No booking (for any of our arranged or associated events) can be confirmed without 50% deposit.
Full payment is required 7 days prior to event date
2. Venue Bookings (Thirsty Painters) must be cancelled before the cut off date (normally one week prior to the event date)
3. Failure to cancel on time will result in a 30% cancellation fee
4. Creative Interactions NZ Ltd have a non-refundable policy for no-show at a Venue Booking
5. All bookings must be made online to secure and confirm your booking
6. Creative Interactions NZ Ltd does not accept responsibility for damage to property or clothing during our Thirsty Painter sessions.
Our hostess/es will do everything possible to prevent these accidents from happening but the sessions are attended at your own risk
7. Creative Interactions NZ Ltd does not take responsibility for any incidents that may occur during an event hosted by another company. Creative
Interactions NZ Ltd is merely the marketing media used to promote these events. Please raise your concerns with the event owner.
8. Our Thirsty Painters are permitted to bring their own alcohol to our venue bookings. We ask that you refrain from becoming intoxicated. Creative
Interactions NZ Ltd will not be held responsibile for any irresponsible actions or behaviour by patrons made during or after a venue booking
(Thirsty Painters Event) or any other event associated to our business. You drink at your own risk.
9. When order products from our online shop please ensure you select carefully. We will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with your
product. However, we cannot guarantee products will match any pictures used to demonstrate our products. All products are dependent on
availability.
10.All Paint Events require a minimum of 10 people per session unless arranged or stipulated otherwise. Should we not meet this minimum requirement, Creative Interactions NZ Ltd reserves the right to cancel a planned event.
